We offer a Made to Order (MTO) program and specialize in a wide range of custom work that includes modification to our own designs or unique customer designs and specifications . Our artisans are consider some of the best coppersmiths in the world and do exceptional custom work.  Average lead time for a MTO sink is 4 weeks depending on size and complexity. Please call us or email us with your specifications and/or to find out more about our MTO program.
MTO requests are handled via our email system. Please send us an email with your specifications/drawings and we will send you a quote/invoice.
MTO sinks (to customer specifications) may carry shipping fees since we have to drop ship them directly from our factory plant generally via Fed Ex Air. MTO quotes are valid for 14 days.
To order a sink directly on line with a MTO finish please visit our MTO sinks section where we listed some our premium sinks for your reference and for a direct on line purchase. Any sink can be made in a MTO finish. Customer - MTO sinks CAN'T BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED
MTO sinks built to customer specifications need to be paid upfront.
Our MTO program is not limited to sinks, we can also make other copper products such as range hoods, tables, baptismal fonts, water fountains, lamps, special designs on sinks and kitchen farmhouse aprons, etc. 
We offer 8 custom finishes (Besides our 3 standard finishes) that you can choose from. These MTO finishes can be applied to our fully hand hammered or smooth copper products. 
Catalog - MTO pieces such as Bath Tubs and large Bar pieces (Tuscany and Bordeaux)  cannot  be returned or exchanged. 
Our MTO finishes are:
  1. Black Copper - BC - Without lacquer and slightly sanded 
  2. Sanded Copper - SC - With lacquer and slightly sanded 
  3. Oxidized Copper - OC - With lacquer 
  4. Washed Copper - WC - This finish is copper in its natural state and it does not have any patina and/or any lacquer. The sink will darken (stain/spotty) very quickly almost immediately after use and will continue to patina overtime. It can be clean with lemon to restore to the original look. Lacquer can be applied per customer request to minimize stains.
  5. Polished Copper - PC - Polished with lacquer (AKA Glossy/Shiny Copper)
  6. Dusk Copper - DC - Without lacquer
  7. Glossy Nickel - GN - Polished and without lacquer (AKA Polished Nickel). This is a delicate finish and may show scratches more easily.
  8. Brushed Nickel -BN - Without lacquer (AKA Satin Nickel). Our Brushed Nickel  also known as Satin Nickel is a MATTE SILVER finish and is exclusively a Made to Order (MTO) or Custom finish. The golden yellowish shades are due to the flash light when taking the pictures; our BN pieces do not have these shades they are a MATTE SILVER finish.

MTO finishes carry a premium over Standard Finishes. Below are examples of our MTO finishes and some of our MTO work.
Made To Order (MTO) sinks as well as large sinks such as Bath Tubs, Kitchen sinks, large Bar Sinks, Wall Mounted Sinks, etc. will require an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery. Please track your shipment via the tracking number that will be provided once your order ships.
