Shipping

We offer Free Domestic Shipping and only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges are incurred for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.  All items ship Fed Ex ground and customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

We pay for all customs and duties fees, customers pay nothing.

Made to Order (MTO) items are generally shipped via Fed Ex Air and may require an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery. Please track your shipment via the tracking number that will be provided once your order ships.

MTO items build to customer specifications may will carry a shipping charge.

If you want an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery please specify at the time of ordering under the notes section of your shopping cart. 

For International Shipments we use Fed Ex / DHL AIR and they require an additional shipping charge based on the shipping address and type of sink (s). Please contact us for a quote via email at info@artesanocoppersinks.com

For International Shipments Buyer is responsible for all Customs & Duties charges. Buyers may get a charge from our international carriers (Fed Ex or DHL) for Import Duty and/or Tax and Customs Clearance Services which buyers are responsible to pay.

All international shipments require an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery. Please track your shipment via the tracking number that will be provided once your order ships.
