Shipping

We offer Free Domestic Shipping and only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges are incurred for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.  All items ship Fed Ex ground and customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Made to Order (MTO) items are generally shipped via Fed Ex Air and require an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery. Please track your shipment via the tracking number that will be provided once your order ships.

MTO items build to customer specifications will carry a shipping charge.

For International Shipments we use Fed Ex / DHL AIR and they require an additional shipping charge based on the shipping address and type of sink (s). Please contact us for a quote via email at info@artesanocoppersinks.com

For International Shipments Buyer is responsible for all Customs & Duties charges. Buyers may get a charge from our international carriers (Fed Ex or DHL) for Import Duty and/or Tax and Customs Clearance Services which buyers are responsible to pay.

All international shipments require an ADULT SIGNATURE for delivery. Please track your shipment via the tracking number that will be provided once your order ships.
